The 3rd bimonthly colloquium this year was held by Shanghai Federation of Economic Organizations (SFEO) on July 28th, 2014 at Shanghai Cadre College of Economic Management. The subject of this colloquium was: to implement innovative development strategy and accelerate the transformation of enterprises. The delegates of industrial associations in Shanghai and some influential enterprises and the representatives sent by SCA attended the colloquium. The chairman of SFEO Mr. Jiang presided over the meeting. Vice mayor of Shanghai municipal government Mr. Zhou and related leaders of SFEO were also present at the meeting. The leaders interacted with the participants and answered their questions at meeting. Besides, there were 7 participants making their presentations.
