The period of the year between 2016 and 2020 will be the critical moment for Shanghai comprehensively deepening reform, Innovation driven development, economic transformation and upgrading. In order to exert function of industrial association, improve the discourse right of the industrial association in assisting government to formulate “13th Five-year Development Plan of Shanghai Industry” and provide the related information about the future development to enterprise members of industrial association. The kick-off meeting of “Proposal for 13th Five-year Industrial Development Plan” was held by Shanghai Economic and Information Commission (SEIC) and Shanghai Federation of Economic Organizations (SFEO) on Sept. 3rd 2014 at conference hall of Shanghai South Power Supply Company. The leaders of SEIC and SFEO and the heads of industrial associations in Shanghai industry system attended the meeting.
