A symposium organized by Shanghai Federation of Enterprises (SFE) and Shanghai Federation of Economic Organizations (SFEO)was held at The Shanghai Economic Management Cadre Institute on Jan. 20th, 2015. Over 300 persons attended the symposium.

The Director of Shanghai Economic and Information Commission Mr. Li Yaoxin was invited to present the report titled “To promote industrial innovation transformation by “Four New” economic development”. This report expounded in three aspects: 1) The new normalcy and new trends of current economic development; 2) The new models; 3) the new business situation; 4) The new industries. He emphasized that the principal part of industrial economy was enterprises and the kernel problem was institutional reformation.
