The 9^th Presidium Meeting of 4^th Session (enlarged) was held by Shanghai Federation of Economic Organizations (SFEO) and Shanghai Federation of Industrial Economics (SFIE) on Oct. 16^th of 2014 at Shanghai Economic Management Cadre Institute. The executive vice president of SFEO Mr.Chen presided over the meeting. The agenda of the meeting were that: 1) President of SFEO Mr. Jiang notified the relevant affairs; 2) The chairman of Shanghai Committee of Science and Technology Mr. Shou Ziqi presented a special report titled “Shanghai: speed up the construction to become a scientific and technical innovation center in the world”.
