At the seminar, which was held by SHEC, Shanghai Entrepreneurs Association, Shanghai Development and Research Centre of Economic and Information Technology on Jan. 20th 2015 at Shanghai Economic Management Cadre Institute, the director of Shanghai Economic and Information Commission Mr. Li Yaoxin was invited to give a lecture titled “Promoting industrial innovation and transitional development by Four New Economy”. This lecture composed of three parts: (1) The new normal and new trends of present economic development; (2) speed up promoting development of “Four New Economy”: (3) the ideas of innovational transition of Shanghai industry.
